How do I find a provider in your network?
Our directory of thousands of independent and retail providers can be accessed via the provider locator. When you locate a provider through our website, you can also schedule an appointment online at participating in-network providers. How’s that for a one-stop shop?
Can I view my EyeMed benefits online?
Yes, you can view your benefits and do a lot more on our secure website. Members can also print an ID card, check the status of a claim, locate a provider and download an Explanation of Benefits summary. And, you can even download our EyeMed Members App (in the App Store or Google Play) to get access on the go.
I don’t wear glasses and can see fine! Why do I need an eye exam?
Getting an eye exam is not just about finding out if you need glasses. It’s about your health! A comprehensive eye exam can detect eye health problems, like glaucoma or cataracts, and it can also help identify early signs of diseases that impact your whole body – high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol – just to name a few. So schedule an exam today and keep an eye on your health. As with any type of ongoing health care, annual eye exams are a good rule of thumb unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

How do I enroll in EyeMed?
We can’t wait for you to join the EyeMed family! Your employer has an open enrollment period when you are eligible to enroll in your employee benefits. Please call your benefits center, or visit your benefits enrollment site to learn when you’re able to enroll, and how. Or, if you know your company benefits website, simply go online during your open enrollment period and check ‘yes’ for EyeMed vision benefits.
