On June 10, we rolled out EyeManage, EyeMed’s enhanced online management tool for benefit administrators. You’ll be able to work smarter – not harder – thanks to updates like:

EyeManage features a number of enhanced functionalities and new simple, easy to use tools including:

  • Smart Search
    Find what you need quickly and more efficiently with the ability to search for members, administrators, invoices, groups and subgroups.
  • Member Management functionality
    We improved the workflow for you to add new subscribers and dependents, change a member’s effective date, cancel a member’s benefits, and view eligibility.
  • Streamlined billing and payment options
    We simplified your ability to access and view your open EyeMed invoices – plus view your group’s payment history and make one-time payments using a credit card.
  • Enhanced Administrator Management section
    Add new or editing existing group administrators with the ability to grant each person different admin permissions.
  • Simplified password reset and ID requests
    We made it easier for you to change your administrator password and quickly print member ID cards.
  • Real-time enrollment reports, plus a centralized reporting hub
    You can quickly run and download reports for a specific subgroup or for all subgroups.
  • Expanded user resource center
    One-stop shop for vision-related materials and resources to share with your employees, plus convenient EyeManage-specific training pieces to help you navigate the tool.
